The true original – the Les Paul Standard Faded features the same classic appointments as the Les Paul Standard, BurstBucker Pro pickups, a solid mahogany body with a carved AA maple top, fully bound neck and body and 50’s style fat, rounded neck. A gently aged finish; smaller, vintage-style headstock; keystone tuner buttons; and a fat, rounded ’50s-style neck add a vibe that’s rich in history. Carved AA maple top is framed by precision binding on the mahogany back with set mahogany neck. Inimitable vintage LP tone comes from BurstBucker Pro pickups with Alnico V magnets. NOTE: To give you a choice of how your Les Standard should look, the pickguard is not attached but included in the case. To install the pickguard, holes will need to be drilled into the body.
